These terms apply to every order placed on the website. The version that applies is the one displayed when you order.

2. Products

Silk squares of 90 × 90 cm, designed in Switzerland and printed in Italy, in numbered editions, delivered in their box with their card. Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight colour differences may remain depending on your screen.

3. Pre-order

The squares are sold on pre-order and ship from December 2026. Payment is taken when you order. If dispatch is delayed, we will tell you by email with a new date; you may then cancel the order for a full refund.

You may also cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, free of charge, by writing to [email protected]. The refund is in full.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, or in Swiss francs for delivery to Switzerland, including all taxes. Delivery costs are added and shown before payment. For delivery to the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival; they are payable by the recipient.

5. Order and payment

The contract is formed when payment is accepted; a confirmation email summarises your order. Payment is processed by Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, in Switzerland, TWINT. We never have access to your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium and the United Kingdom. Orders to Switzerland ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post; all others ship from France with UPS. You receive a tracking number on the day of dispatch.

A gift can be delivered on the date of your choice, from December 2026. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. This goes beyond the 14 days required by law for consumers in the European Union, and it also applies to customers in Switzerland.

To withdraw, tell us by email at [email protected], for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [square], ordered on [date], received on [date], [name], [address].” Then return the square, unworn and in its box, no later than 14 days after telling us. Return costs are yours.

We refund you, including the original delivery costs at the rate of the cheapest option, no later than 14 days after receiving your decision. We may wait until we have received the square, or proof that you have sent it. The refund is made with the payment method used for the order.

8. Guarantee

The squares are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of your country of residence, for two years from delivery. If a square is faulty, write to [email protected] with a photo: we will replace or refund it.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in case of gross negligence or intent, and subject to the mandatory provisions of the applicable law.

10. Personal data

The data needed for your order is processed as described in our privacy policy.

11. Intellectual property

The designs of the squares and the texts and images of the website belong to MINERINO. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of disagreement, please write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory venues that protect consumers.
