Data controller

Saviano Sàrl, route du Grand-Lancy 53, 1212 Lancy (Geneva), Switzerland, UID number CHE-173.731.287. For any question about your data: [email protected].

This policy applies to the minerino.com website. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data we process

Order: name, delivery address, email address, squares ordered and, for a gift, the message and delivery date. Payment: processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Contact: name, email and message sent through the form. MINERINO circle: your email address if you sign up. Browsing: the server's technical logs (IP address, page requested, date), kept for security.

We use no audience measurement, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Your basket and language stay in your browser's local storage. The “Match my outfit” feature analyses your photo in your browser: it is never sent to us.

Purposes and legal bases

Fulfil, deliver and track your order (performance of the contract); answer your messages (your request); write to you if you joined the circle (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link); keep our accounts (legal obligation); protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest).

Recipients

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers we need: Stripe (payment), Swiss Post, UPS and Packlink (delivery), Resend (sending emails), Hetzner (hosting in Germany) and Cloudflare (delivery and protection of the website). Some of these providers may process data in the United States; these transfers rely on the adequacy decisions in force (Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data is kept for ten years, as the law requires for accounting records. Contact messages are kept while we handle your request, then for two years at most. Your circle email address until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also contact the supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the European Union, the authority of your country of residence.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the servers is restricted and key-protected.
